What is in it: Maitake E.S. 300 mg of which polysaccharides 90 mg.

To know: Maitake mushroom has been used for many centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to support the immune system and metabolism. It mainly contains: minerals such as Potassium, Iron and Magnesium, amino acids, Vitamin B1, B2 and B3, a precursor of Vitamin D2. In addition, polysaccharides including griffolane and griffoline, beta-glucans, lectins and metalloproteins, as well as MD-fraction, a powerful mixture of well beta-glucans that is well absorbable by mouth that is being studied for its immunomodulating action.

How to take: for a proper use it is recommended to take 2 capsules during the day.
